We're proud to have achieved the Tpas Landlord Accreditation.
Tpas is a member-led organisation, that works to promote, support and champion tenant involvement and empowerment, with the goal of improving tenant engagement standards in social housing.
We focus on giving a high standard of customer service across the business. Being awarded the prestigious Customer Service Excellence standard is recognition of our hard work. The standard is an external, independent review of our services, which assesses:

- The culture of an organisation
- Information and access
- Delivery
- Timeliness and quality of delivery.

The Resolve Standard is a national award that recognises our high-quality work and commitment to dealing with antisocial behaviour (asb).
In order to achieve this award, we had to go through a rigorous process which involved been reviewed by our fellow organisations, and demonstrating evidence of our work within six areas.
We're proud to announce that we're Cyber Essentials accredited. This accreditation is a key milestone in our ongoing commitment to protecting our systems, data, and the people we serve.
Cyber Essentials is a UK Government-backed certification that helps organisations protect themselves against the most common cyber threats and takes a serious approach to cyber security. It’s a nationally recognised standard developed by the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC).
