This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator based at our modern Retirement Living Scheme, Abbots Wood, Chester (CH2 2FE).

This is a forward thinking scheme looking to offer an excellent customer service.

We are looking for a highly organised and approachable person with excellent customer service and admin skills.  

What will my working week look like? 

Your 24 hours will be worked over a 2-week rota, as outlined below:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday 8am to 5pm; Saturday & Sunday 10am to 2pm

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8am to 5pm

What will I be responsible for doing?

First and foremost, you will provide a ‘front of house’ service to the Scheme supporting our customers as the first point of contact. Admin tasks are also required to be recorded accurately and within the target timeframes to meet our KPI’s. You will support residents with ad hoc queries as well as supporting the scheme manager with any ongoing projects, communication to customers and liaise with contractors to support them to complete any onsite repairs.

This role is really suited to someone who likes to have a balanced workload of customer focused interaction as well as admin tasks to complete. You must be comfortable working with people and have the confidence and initiative to prioritise a busy workload. It is important to be a team player and to support other staff members with tasks when required.
