Earlier this week, we supported Friends of Cross Lane Park at Partington Community Centre by hosting their wonderful community event.
60 residents of Partington and some of our own residents attended the 'tea dance' event and got involved in some dancing, socialising and enjoying afternoon tea.
The purpose of the event was to bring together the local community, many of whom are widowed or living alone so it was the perfect opportunity for them to get out of the house and get moving too!
We're pleased to have been able to help fund the event along side Saica, and huge thanks to our Community Investment Officer, Jessica, who works closely with the Partington community and often volunteers her time.
