The allpay app and Internet Payments portal are closing on Monday 11 May and a new, improved payment service is now available.
allpay, the provider we use for payments such as rent has upgraded its digital services.
The old allpay app and Internet Payments portal have been replaced with a single, easier‑to‑use platform called allpayments.
What’s new
The new allpayments service means a new app and website portal.
These bring everything together in one place, using the same login details you already have.
What you need to do
If you currently use the allpay app or Internet Payments portal, please switch to the new service (app or webpage) before Monday 11 May.
- Download the allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store or
- Use the allpayments web portal at new.allpayments.net
You can sign in using your existing allpay username and password. Your information will automatically transfer to the new service.
Please note: This is a brand‑new app. It will not appear as an update to the old allpay app, you will need to install it separately.
