Our newest Non Executive Directors (NEDs) have been out and about seeing some of the homes we've improved thanks to our large reinvestment programme.
Our Head of Asset Investment, Kate Meredith, hosted Bhupendra Mistry, Liz Harrison and Beata Luczak at Heathergreen Court and Thornton Road in Liverpool, as well as Dunnock Grove in Warrington on Friday 9 February to see just some of the work we have carried out over the last year.
Heathergreen Court, one of our 55 and overs developments, has had its communal areas upgraded including the lounge and kitchen, and we're now in the process of doing kitchens and bathrooms in each flat!
They were also able to see the results of a kitchen upgrade at a home in Thornton Road and new windows and doors at Dunnock Grove.
It's always rewarding to see the outcomes of our reinvestment home improvements programme taking shape.
