We held our first annual Customer Engagement Celebration & Awards this week to show how much we appreciate our involved customers' support throughout the year!
Our involved customers spend countless hours throughout the year attending panels, group discussions, and more, to help improve and shape our services at Your Housing Group. They play a vital role and contribute in many different ways:
- Young Ambassadors - who are our customer voice for our foyers.
- Dowry members - who support our neighbourhoods and local communities.
- Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Panel (EDI) - drivers of our diverse and inclusive work for other customers.
- Customer Scrutiny Panel (CSP) - who make improvements and suggestions about our services.
- Customer Connect Panel (CCP) - who oversee all customer engagement.
- Customer Services Committee - provide Board with assurance that we are engaging with our customers and we're compliant with Consumer Regulation.
We were so pleased to recognise each and every individual, whether they were able to join us in the room or not, and we also gave out three special awards that support our values:
- Honest & Reliable
- Caring
- Respectful & Fair
Customers had the chance to nominate each other and our panel of judges worked through all the nominations to decide on three winners and highly commended.
Emma Gilpin, Head of Consultancy at TPAS joined us to announce that we've been accredited with the TPAS Accreditation, yet again, for 2024 - 2027 which is one of the most valued awards in the sector, as this reflects the work of our engaged customers.
