It's Gas Safety Week (9 - 12 September 2024) and we're getting involved to raise awareness about the importance of gas safety.
Gas Safety Week, organised by Gas Safe Register is marking their 14th year of raising awareness about gas and theme for this year is 'Checking - Every Check Counts'.
Gas safety is important all year round however it's not always a household's top priority therefore this is your annual reminder to ensure your appliances are gas safe.
We want to ensure you, our residents, have a safe place to call home so please take the time to read through our gas safety tips here but if you have any concerns, please contact us and remember to always use a Gas Safe registered engineer to carry out any gas work.
This week is also a chance to shout about the great work we've done to ensure our residents are gas safe!
From January 2024 - March 2024 we have:
- Completed 3,655 land lord gas safety checks.
- Carried out 2.817 gas related emergency repairs.
We're pleased to have remained 100% gas safety compliant over the last 12 months too.
