Over 1,000 colleagues attended our colleague conference on Wednesday 25 September, across multiple sites including our Head Office, Youggle House, our Community Centre at Sefton Park, Liverpool and Willowmere, one of our Retirement Living Developments in Middlewich.
The two sessions saw our Executive Leadership Team and the board present the YHG plan, what it means for the organisation, what it means for colleagues and how it will be out into practice.
It’s always great to see so many colleagues in one place but what was most exciting was to see the enthusiasm and passion in the rooms for the plan and how we can make sure we are putting the plan into place to give more people a safe place to call home.
