You’ll notice that seven of these schemes are listed as PFI. This is a Private Finance Initiative, where we’ve worked in partnership with others to enable us to offer these quality, purpose-built buildings.

- In Stoke, it’s Sapphire, and they are Maple West, Oak Priory, and Willow Barns.

Our sheltered housing could suit you if you’re 55 and over, and want to live in a smaller, secure, easier-to-manage home with a bit of support. Our professional, friendly team provides low-level support to help you live independently and safely, with an emergency 24-hour alarm system.
